As an Apprentice Membership Services Consultant, you will work in a fast-paced environment, making a high volume of outbound calls to members who are leaving or have missed a payment, supporting our efforts to reduce member attrition.
In addition to gaining valuable hands‑on experience, you will work towards a Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship. This will equip you with a strong understanding of customer insights, customer journeys, service performance, and the delivery of outstanding customer experiences, while also developing your knowledge of ownership, accountability, and cultural and environmental awareness.
This role will be for 35 hours per week: shifts Monday‑Friday including one Saturday per month (day back in lieu) and is office based full time in our Club Support office in Hatfield.
