Randstad is recruiting for a Freelance Sub Agent to work on a prestigious high-speed rail project based in the Chilterns, Buckinghamshire.
The successful candidate will be working for Tier 1 main contractors in a joint venture, potentially over a number of years. The role includes the build of a viaduct, cut and cover tunnel, earthworks, piling, and a number of structures.
Duties will include:
1. Managing 2 x Section Engineer and subcontractor management and/or self-delivery
2. Planning, forecasting, and delivering work
3. Liaising with clients and stakeholders
4. Developing programmes, risk assessments, and quality assurance
5. Managing design, NCRs, RFIs, H&S, etc.
Essential Experience:
1. Driver's licence and car
