About the role
As a Salesforce Administrator at Zoopla, you will be instrumental in supporting our Salesforce platform and ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our commercial and customer engagement teams. Part of the Sales Enablement team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, assisting users, and supporting the platform's evolution and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Platform Administration - Manage user access and permissions, maintain data quality, and assist with data migration efforts as needed.
* Support & Training - Act as the first point of contact for our users, providing ongoing support, training, and documentation to improve user adoption and address any issues.
* Optimization & Enhancement - Identify and implement low-code process improvements, while leading quality assurance activities to ensure defect-free delivery and maintain high standards of system reliability.
* Reporting & Analytics - Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor system and usage activity.
* Collaboration - Work in a cross-functional team to help gather requirements, receive feedback and recognise possible enhancements.
What we’re looking for

* Salesforce Certified - Valid Salesforce Administrator certification is essential, paired with hands on experience in Salesforce administration, with a solid understanding of its features, functionalities, and best practices.
* Technical Skills - Proficient in creating reports, dashboards, and automating processes through flows.
* Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
* Problem-Solver - Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions, with strong analytical skills to assess data and user needs.
