Cover Supervisor – Full Time, Long Term – Bognor Regis Are you confident in the classroom, passionate about supporting young people, and looking for a long-term opportunity in education? We are working with a large and well-regarded secondary school in Bognor Regis to recruit a Cover Supervisor for a full-time, long-term position starting in October 2025. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects in the absence of teaching staff. You will manage behaviour, support students in their learning, and help maintain a positive, productive classroom environment. Key details: Location: Bognor Regis Start date: October 2025 Contract: Full-time, long-term Pay rate: £115–£120 per day (dependent on experience) Requirements: Previous experience working with young people (ideally in a school setting) Confident classroom presence and strong behaviour management skills Reliable, adaptable and calm under pressure A DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one Up-to-date safeguarding training (can be provided) This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate, aspiring teacher, or experienced cover supervisor to gain valuable experience in a supportive and professional environment.
