Responsibilities
* Manage and update the daily transport plan, keeping deliveries and collections running smoothly.
* Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
* Organise and confirm daily collections, ensuring jobs are completed accurately and on time.
* Brief and debrief drivers with clear instructions, paperwork, and updates.
* Keep booking systems and transport records up to date in real time.
* Support business projects and assist with yard or admin tasks when needed.
* Be a key point of contact within the transport office, helping to keep operations on track.
Qualifications
* Experience in transport, logistics, or an office coordination role.
* Excellent communicator who enjoys problem‑solving and teamwork.
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
* Confident using Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office.
* Calm under pressure and adaptable with a proactive approach.
* Positive team player who’s eager to learn and progress.
