This role is based in Toomebridge, 20 mins from Newtownabbey, Belfast.
*Role summary:*
As a CNC Machine Operator (both BRAKE PRESS & PLASMA CUTTER), you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts. With core skills in mechanical knowledge, you will ensure the machines function efficiently and accurately. Your premium skills in fabrication, SolidWorks, and CAD will enable you to interpret technical drawings and program the machines effectively. Additionally, your relevant skills in materials handling, tooling, and assembly will contribute to the smooth workflow in the manufacturing process. *Job Description:*
· Organising material for busy cut shop (sheets of steel)
· Loading/unloading material onto/from plasma bed
· Responsible for marking up paperwork
· Machine maintenance
· Unloading material from suppliers etc
· Upkeep/maintain tidy racks/yard
· It is essential that you have Forklift Driving experience, however we can provide training towards a license renewal if required.

*Qualifications/ Experience:*
- Mechanical / Engineering knowledge
- Experience reading drawings
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
- Materials handling expertise
- Previous experience operating plasma, brake press, drills, guillotine etc will be given priority
- Previous fork truck experience
