Salary: £37,500 OTE (based on 48 hours per week)

About the Role
We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join a dynamic culinary team within a premium hospitality environment. This is a chance to work with fresh, seasonal, and organic produce, creating dishes that balance classical technique with modern creativity.
You'll take ownership of your section, preparing and executing dishes to a high standard while supporting junior chefs. The role calls for someone with experience in fresh food kitchens, a love of quality ingredients, and the ability to deliver consistent excellence under pressure.

Prepare and execute dishes to menu specifications
Ensure your section is fully prepared for service
Support smooth and efficient service in a calm, professional manner
Mentor and guide junior chefs, sharing knowledge and passion for food
