As a Neighbourhood Officer, you'll play a key role in providing a high‑quality, customer‑focused housing management service across your locality. You'll actively engage with residents, spending time out on your patch to understand local issues, build relationships and make a real difference in the community. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll take ownership of tenancy and estate management within your area, helping to maintain safe, well‑managed neighbourhoods where people are proud to live.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential due to travel between sites.
The successful candidate will also be required to complete a basic DBS check prior to commencing.
