* You'll be collaborative, passionate, and eager to shape the future of environmental education.
* If you have industry expertise and a desire to inspire, we'll help you transition into teaching with a supported, reduced timetable while you qualify.
Why Join Plumpton?
* Be part of a supportive, passionate, and ambitious team driving real change.
* Work in a stunning rural environment with access to outstanding teaching and learning facilities.
* Enjoy genuine career progression and professional development opportunities.
Benefits Include:
* Up to 37 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and additional efficiency days at Christmas
* Teachers' Pension Scheme membership
* Comprehensive teacher training & CPD support
* Free onsite parking, gym use, and eye tests
* Discounts on Plumpton wine and courses
* Cycle to work scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, and TOTUM card access
