Job Description: Retail Media Strategy Lead
This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of retail media strategies across key European and US retail partners to drive incremental net sales growth. Acting as a bridge between ecommerce and in-store media, the position works closely with local markets to deliver both commercial impact and long-term shopper engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the development and execution of retail media activation plans across major bricks-and-mortar and online retailers (e.g., Boots, Superdrug, Tesco, Bol.com, Rossmann, etc.).
2. Build and manage joint business plans (JBPs) with local markets to drive retailer media activity and deliver short-term sales uplift and sustained shopper engagement.
3. Partner with ecommerce and shopper marketing teams to ensure retail media investments align with commercial priorities and global playbooks.
4. Analyse and report on media performance and ROI, connecting spend to sales growth and category performance.
5. Explore opportunities in offline retail media—such as digital screens, point-of-sale activations and loyalty programmes—and integrate them into omnichannel campaigns.
