The Role As a Catering Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing new business and managing existing client relationships within the hospitality and leisure sectors. You’ll promote the group’s purchasing solutions — helping hotels, pubs, restaurants, and leisure venues save money, streamline procurement, and gain access to exclusive supplier deals. You’ll work closely with decision-makers, including General Managers, Chefs, and Procurement Leads, offering tailored solutions that deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality and leisure market. * Build and manage relationships with catering, F&B, and venue management teams. * Present purchasing solutions and supplier partnerships that add real value to members. * Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation through to onboarding and account management. * Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. * Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. About You * Proven sales experience — ideally within hospitality, catering supplies, foodservice, or leisure. * Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and presentation skills. * Results-driven, with a proactive and consultative sales approach. * Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. * Full UK driving licence (role includes client visits across Kent and the South East).
