Our client, a fast-paced medical devices business, is looking for an experienced marketing professional to lead a growing team as the business embarks on an exciting period of
growth and brand transformation
You'll play a crucial role in rolling out new branding, managing impactful campaigns, and driving engagement across digital and print channels.
This is a
hands-on role
where you'll have direct responsibility for a Marketing Executive and two Designers (with plans to expand ). You'll manage a marketing budget and dive into everything from
events and video production
to high-impact
digital campaigns
. We need someone willing to get stuck in—no task is too small
What You'll Do:
Roll out new branding
across all touchpoints (website, digital campaigns, brand awareness).
Manage the marketing budget
with a focus on impactful, long-term campaigns.
Drive brand awareness
for our innovative new platform via campaigns across
Meta, Google, and industry-specific journals
.
Collaborate closely
with design teams and agencies to produce compelling
video content, product literature, and campaign assets
.
Support product launches
, international expansion, and manage ongoing events.
Use platforms
like
Netsuite CRM, Shopify, WordPress, and Klayvio
to manage campaigns and track performance.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in
line management
and leading creative teams to oversee multiple projects.
A
hands-on mindset
—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can work
autonomously
.
Experience with both
digital and print marketing, SEO, and brand awareness campaigns
Strong project management skills
with the ability to juggle competing priorities and think creatively to solve problems.
Ability to work flexibly (2 days per week in the office) and travel to key events and meetings.
