About the Role:
We are a two Framework Approved Nursing Agency seeking a reliable and detail oriented Administration Assistant to support our payroll and compliance functions. This role suits someone with a strong administrative foundation who is organised, professional, and comfortable handling confidential information. Training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide payroll, recruitment and compliance support
• Assist with timesheet data entry
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation Support compliance with statutory requirements
• Assist with onboarding paperwork for new employees
• Respond to payroll or administrative queries
• Provide general administrative support including filing, scheduling, and data management
Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous administration or office experience is an advantage
