Paignton Social, emotional and mental health Full time September start Long-term Teachers are working with a fantastic specialist school in Paignton who support students aged 11 - 16 that cannot have their needs met in mainstream education. They specialise in supporting students with an educational health care plan in relation to social, emotional and mental health needs. You will be part of an amazing team that provides a personalised approach, allowing learners to reach their full potential. Not only will you be responsible for facilitating their academic development, but you will help to nurture them to significantly improve their chances in life. The role involves offering classroom support to both students and staff in the classroom and you may be working 1:1 with students with additional needs. You will also be responsible for making sure the classroom is a tidy, positive environment for students to be working in. This includes creating display boards and preparing resources prior to lessons.
