Group Risk and PMI Dual Skilling Opportunity Location: Southampton (Hybrid after probation) Salary: Dependent on experience performance related bonus scheme Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours Ready to grow your career in employee benefits? Join us as an Employee Benefits Consultant and move into a fully supported dual skilling role across Group Risk and Private Medical Insurance. This is your chance to broaden your expertise, gain specialist knowledge and progress with confidence. The Opportunity You will build your technical skills across two key product areas while managing a portfolio of small to mid sized clients. From day one, you will have access to structured training, mentoring and clear pathways that take you from developing your foundation skills to becoming a trusted subject matter expert.
