We have been mandated by our client to find a Senior Project Manager to join their expanding team. As Senior Project Manager you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering some of our client’s critical projects. Day to day your focus will be to ensure successful delivery of technology projects, through collaborative working with both internal and external cross-functional teams.
This Senior Project Manager position is based in Farnborough, will be hybrid working, and will involve travel to client sites. Due to the nature of the position and our client’s work, you must hold or be eligible to obtain DV clearance.
Our client is looking for:
* Current DV clearance (or current SC with eligibility for DV).
* Well-developed project management, risk management, and procurement management skills.
* Experience of working within the UK Defence sector is highly advantageous.
* Experience of working in a project delivery environment and with a sound understanding of both structured and agile methodologies (e.g. APMP, MSP, Jira, Scrum).
* Relevant professional certifications (e.g., APMP, Prince2, Agile Certification)
* Degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
