Our client is going from strength to strength with year on year growth and as a result is looking to add a new head into the finance function to support this growth. We are looking to engage with Qualified or QBE Management Accountants with strong technical experience alongside a real desire to follow in the footsteps of their current employees and achieve personal and professional growth whilst with the business. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and group consolidations to tight deadlines, including IFRS adjustments Own balance sheet reconciliations across the full group structure Support the preparation of the board pack with detailed variance analysis and key business metrics Partner with operational, sales, and budget holders across the business to deliver financial insights Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance policies and processes Mentor and develop assistant accountants within the team Support cash flow forecasting, statutory audits, and tax activities across the group Previous Experience Our client is seeking a Qualified or QBE Accountant, either directly from practice or with some industry experience behind them. Ideally around 3 years PQE would be preferred but open to considering candidates with more or less depending on experience. A strong commercial mindset is key, as is real drive and determination to develop in your career.
