Duties of a Mobile Vehicle Technician:
* Travel to designated locations in the Midlands, utilising a company van
* Conduct a full range of automotive repairs, diagnostics, and servicing tasks
* Provide technical advice of the highest standard to customers as a Mobile Vehicle Technician
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
* Stay current with electro-mechanical vehicle technology, including electric and hybrid systems
* Ensure all work complies with company and safety standards
* Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks at varied locations
Requirements of a Mobile Vehicle Technician:
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification
* Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of one year
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a busy automotive environment
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* A proactive approach to continual learning, particularly in electric vehicle technology
* Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
