Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a market leading innovative building products manufacturing company based in Leeds. Due to significant growth, they are looking to recruit a Recruitment & Onboarding Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis.
Reporting into the HR Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring a quality employee experience, as a Recruitment & Onboarding Advisor your role will include:
* Onboarding new starters and sending out offer letters and contracts
* Supporting managers with recruitment and coordinating interviews
* Act as a first line of enquiry for new starters queries
* Coordinate booking new starters onto inductions and training programmes
* Assisting with job advertisement and CV shortlisting
* Manage accommodation bookings and travel costs for new starters where required
