About the Role
Being a Chef at Butlin’s is a unique role where you can combine your love for food and cooking while creating memorable experiences for our guests every day.
As a Chef de Partie, you will work with a talented team of chefs to deliver a variety of dishes across our buffet venues.
You will collaborate with a Junior Kitchen Manager and oversee small teams of commis chefs to ensure excellent quality and presentation of all dishes, following set recipes and brand standards, and complying with Food Safety Management System protocols.
Joining Butlin’s includes enrollment in our Award-Winning Chef Academy, providing opportunities to develop your skills in a fun, educational environment and advance your culinary career.

Experience at a similar level is essential, along with leadership experience and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure smooth operation of our buffet venues during various guest breaks.
REQUIRED: LEVEL 3 FOOD SAFETY
We support your career growth by helping you achieve a Level 2 or Level 3 Professional Cookery qualification through our award-winning Butlins Chef Academy.
