In this role, you’ll turn complex data into meaningful insights that shape how we support our customers through the collections journey. You’ll dig into performance trends, build and optimise reporting, and work closely with our operations teams to identify opportunities for improvement. What you will be doing Performance Monitoring and analysis of portfolio and operational performance Creating, optimisation and maintaining reporting solutions Interrogation and manipulation of large data sets to interpret trends and critical metrics Consolidating information into presentable format for Senior Management & Colleagues Developing and enhancing strategies which are focused on improving the customer journey through the collection life cycle Working with Operations to implement changes and improvements through a continuous feedback loop Ability to handle multiple areas of work and contending priorities. Accountable for producing clear and accurate information Your Skills and Experience Essential Experience within a regulated financial services organization with highly numerate and analytical background Proficiency with Python/SQL for data manipulation and analysis Analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in data visualisation and communication. Desirable Worked in Collections environment Ability to present sophisticated findings clearly, adapting the level of detail to the audience.
