(www.u-blox.com) We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Manager to lead and drive the optimization of business processes at our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and supporting the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across various departments. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with senior executives and process owners. The success of the position will be measured by efficiency gains, cost reduction, error rate reduction, stakeholder satisfaction, employee feedback, engagement effectiveness, accuracy of KPI tracking, and data-driven decision making. The role is based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire (UK). Your Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership and Decision Making: Develop long-term BPM strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Lead as PM cross-functional teams to synergize BPM with broader business strategies. Facilitate executive decision-making with comprehensive data analysis and insights. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary BPM liaison with C-suite and executives on all levels. Facilitate collaborative sessions to gather insights, identify process improvement opportunities, and secure executive buy-in. Lead organizational change management for BPM initiatives. Implementation and Execution: Analyse existing processes to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction. Overseeing the implementation of new or redesigned processes. Monitoring and managing the execution of processes to ensure adherence to established standards. Integrating best practices and industry standards into process improvement initiatives. Integration of BPM and IT Strategy: Develop business process blueprints for IT system implementations. Ensure BPM initiatives are supported by and integrated with IT strategies. Lead teams comprising both BPM and IT professionals to align process and IT infrastructure. Performance Monitoring and Measurement: Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for each business processes. Implementing monitoring mechanisms to measure process performance in real-time. Analysing data to identify trends, issues, and areas for further improvement. Documentation and Communication: Documenting process changes, improvements, and standard operating procedures. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Encouraging feedback from stakeholders and incorporating it into future process enhancements. Stay abreast of and implement emerging BPM technologies and methodologies. Your Skills and Experience: Master's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum five years in BPM or related roles with significant leadership experience. Proven skills as moderator, facilitator during workshops or similar team sessions. Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and expertise in creating detailed process maps and models. Understanding of IT systems and how they integrate with business processes. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards that affect business processes. Excellent communication skills, good networking capabilities, and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. Data-Driven Decision Making: Degree to which data analytics contribute to informed decision-making and strategy formulation. Bonus point: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.
