Location: Meldreth (South Cambridgeshire) Salary: £22,996 - £25,068 (Actual annual salary, based on experience/qualifications) Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 08:30-17:00) | Term Time Only

What You'll Be Doing
As a vital member of our specialist team, you will support students across a variety of settings-from our well-resourced classrooms to the local community.
* Empowerment: Support students with PMLD and complex medical needs to achieve their personal and educational goals.
* Holistic Support: Assist with learning, development, and progress, including participation in personal care and physical intervention routines when necessary.
* Innovation: Use your creativity to help students manage anxiety and sensory overload, building their confidence for adult life.
* Collaboration: Work alongside an exceptional therapeutic team in a highly specialist environment.

You don't need to have years of SEN experience, but you must have the right heart. We are looking for:
