About The Role
To lead and manage an effective business support function within Corporate Insights, including administration and governance of force policy, strategy, and supporting the force governance structure, as well as other organizational functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Line manage the OLT Coordinators and Corporate Support Officer, supporting core functions.
2. Provide expertise in processing, quality assurance, and governance of Force Policy and Procedures, ensuring legal and compliance standards are met.
3. Manage business administration functions such as form processing, strategy oversight, and board support.
4. Assist with the delivery of the Force Management Statement and business planning.
5. Administer and monitor the Corporate Insights Business Plan.
6. Support administration of core boards led by Corporate Insights.
Essential Qualifications
Educated to QCF Level 5 or equivalent experience.
Essential Experience
Experience in office/business management, overseeing diverse functions, and team leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and developing business processes. Familiarity with policing organization is desirable.
