Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family. H&W Crowthorne is a sensational new multi-million pound restaurant and bar. With an innovative and sustainable two-storey design the pub forms the gateway to the Bucklers park residential development and surrounding Bucklers Forest. Comprising five different multi-functioning spaces for guests to enjoy including a dedicated bar, a pantry/cafe for coffee and cakes through to relaxed dining and drinks, a vibrant dining space, an extensive outdoor terrace, and a large attractive garden. Apply if you are a Sous chef who is:
* A highly organized Chef with supervisory experience in high end standard fayre
* Able to run service, deputizing for Head Chef when required
* Skilled in a range of cooking techniques with a broad food knowledge
* Able to work to precise specifications for cooking and presentation, without deviation
* Competent in all aspects of kitchen administration
* Highly proficient in food safety and hygiene regulations including allergens
* Able to lead, inspire and support the team's development
* A chef that enjoys the buzz of a busy service, and who cares about your craft
* Diligent about compliance and sustainability
* Career minded and looking for long term job security
