We’re looking for a Warehouse Administrator to support our Raw Materials, Supply and Finished Goods teams, to ensure smooth operations through coordination and data management.
What You’ll Do:
* Coordinate supplier deliveries and logistics with precision.
* Manage SAP systems for order tracking, purchase orders, and inventory updates.
* Analyse warehouse data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support decision-making.
* Support supply chain operations by communicating shortages and delivery statuses.
* Maintain accurate reports and documentation to support audits and stock counts.
* Monitor material handling equipment servicing and raise purchase orders for repairs.
* Assist transport teams with customer delivery queries.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data validation).
* Ability to interpret and present warehouse performance metrics.
* Strong administrative skills with experience in SAP or similar systems.
* A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and maintain accurate records.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
