Responsibilities:
* Install, commission, and maintain two-way radio systems (primarily Hytera).
* Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting both on-site and in the workshop.
* Support customers across a variety of sectors, delivering high-quality service.
* Configure systems, program radios, and ensure optimal performance.
* Liaise with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Must-Have Skills:
* Proven experience with two-way radio systems – any manufacturer considered (Hytera, Motorola, Kenwood, etc.).
* Strong understanding of radio principles, installation, and maintenance.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Comfortable working in the field as well as in the office.
* Professional and customer-facing approach.
* Experience working on larger systems or complex radio networks.
* Previous work across multiple sectors (e.g., education, utilities, public sector).
