A great opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well established Family team, based in Hampshire. The firm are an award winning practice and have multiple offices across the South East considering candidates with at two years post qualification experience, however all candidates will be considered. The role would require you to manage a caseload of privately funded family matters, acting for a wide range of clients. The opportunity would provide you with the chance to work alongside a team of highly experienced solicitors. The ideal candidate would have great technical ability and be able to manage a caseload with complete independence. You will be resolution accredited and ideally collaboratively trained. The individual would be experienced in handling all matters relating to privately funded family work, which include divorce and separation, pre and post-nuptial agreements, collaborative law and financial matters relating to a mid-high net worth client base. You will be able to participate in business development, providing marketing initiatives in line with both departmental and business plans.
