Main duties of the job
As a nurse at HC-One, you will practice in a nurse-led environment, develop complex decision-making and collaborative skills, and support Residents during vulnerable times. You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid PIN and comply with the NMC standards of practice.

Job responsibilities
Newly qualified nurses receive support to grow through our Gold Standard Nursing Preceptorship Programme, helping you build on existing skills in a nurse-led environment. You will mentor colleagues and provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students. You will communicate effectively, model professional behaviours, and deliver person-centred care. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility; you will attend safeguarding training and escalate concerns as needed.

Job description & responsibilities
As a newly qualified nurse, you will continue to grow in a nurse-led environment, guided by the Preceptorship Programme. You will mentor students, communicate effectively, deliver person-centred care, and uphold safeguarding practices.
