The Role - Product Manager
This is a newly created role, offering the chance to take full ownership of product management across established and emerging markets. You'll define the product strategy, drive the roadmap, and play a pivotal role in bringing new and existing products to life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap
* Identify customer needs, market gaps, and opportunities
* Work collaboratively across departments - design, marketing, and sales
* Support marketing with product launches and go-to-market activities
* Develop clear value propositions for target audiences
* Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond
* Conduct product performance reviews and drive continuous improvement
* Deliver product and sales training to internal teams

About You - Product Manager
You'll bring a mix of technical understanding and commercial flair to your Product Management approch, with experience managing products in a manufacturing or engineering environment. You're data-driven, customer-focused, and thrive on creating strategies that deliver measurable results.
Key Requirements for Product Manager:
* Proven experience in product management within engineering or manufacturing
* Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle management
* Experience launching and positioning products in the market
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* An analytical and data-led approach to decision making

* £55,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
