What you'll be doing:

1. Designing and delivering engaging onboarding, leadership, service and product training to support teams across international retail sites

2. Leading the training element of new store openings, acting as an on-the-ground partner to help teams hit the ground running

3. Conducting training needs analysis and tailoring programmes to local markets and skill gaps

4. Ensuring all content is inclusive, adaptable, and relevant to different learning styles, cultures, and non-English-speaking regions
