We release new software every 6 weeks, and it’s important we know they work smoothly and effectively - that’s where you come in. As an apprentice, you will be a part of the team that handles the trial periods on our updates, ensuring the quality meets expectations and delivering them to customers. You will plan and deliver technical trials in line with business requirements and solution designs, whilst meeting agreed SLAs. Day-to-day, you could be:
* Collaborating with trialists to set new tasks, answer any queries they may have, and resolve any problems with equipment or software they’re reviewing.
* Reviewing trialists' tasks set previously, analysing results, and presenting findings and feedback to key partners.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
