MEP Divisional Lead
Salary: £100,000- £110,000 + Package
We’re seeking an experienced MEP Divisional Lead to take ownership of a high-value, technically complex portfolio of projects across the M4 Corridor.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who can set direction, drive performance, and elevate MEP delivery standards across multiple schemes—without the constraints of a single-project focus.
The Role
You will lead the MEP function across a portfolio of flagship developments, ensuring excellence from pre-construction through to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading MEP strategy and delivery across multiple projects
* Managing and mentoring Building Services Managers, Project Managers, and commercial teams
* Driving programme, quality, and cost performance
* Overseeing procurement and supply chain engagement
* Acting as the senior point of contact for stakeholders
* Ensuring best practice in design coordination and site delivery
About You
* Strong background in MEP / Building Services delivery
* Experience operating at senior project or divisional level
* Experience working in the data, energy and nuclear sectors
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams
* Comfortable leading from both a strategic and technical standpoint
* Commercially astute with strong stakeholder management skills
