* Salary: £51,777 – £57,530
* Location: Basildon or Leeds
* Hours: Full time, hybrid – at least two days per week in office.
About The Role
As a key member of Cardnet’s Growth Team, you’ll provide tailored customer solutions, support clients in achieving business goals and drive growth through cross‑sale opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing3>
* Proactively contact your portfolio of existing customers, review accounts and drive future growth.
* Understand customer needs, identify risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Present solutions clearly and confidently.
* Introduce third‑party solutions that benefit customers and retain business.
* Identify cross‑sale opportunities and maximise group revenues.
* Deliver repeatable and non‑repeatable income targets, selling new products to existing customers.
* Make sound commercial judgements to retain the client base.
* Complete online onboarding processes accurately and timely.
What You’ll Need
* Experience in a sales/financial services environment with set financial objectives.
* Evidence of objection handling and overcoming price/product objections.
* Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, professional telephone manner.
* Ability to meet targets, multitask and handle multiple priorities.
