Job Description
We are looking to expand our service desk team and seeking individuals with a passion for customer service and IT experience supporting multiple environments.
You will be part of a close knit team working from our office near Braintree, responding to customer support enquiries by phone and email. Using the ticket system to keep on top of tickets, response and resolution SLA’s and ensure we deliver exceptional support services.
