Business Analyst – Legal – Crawley – Permanent – up to £65,000pa
My Law firm client is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join them as they are currently undertaking a significant transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and document business requirements.
* Analyze data for insights.
* Define user stories and process documentation.
* Facilitate workshops and process reviews.
* Design solutions and evaluate options.
* Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 security standards.
* Collaborate with developers and maintain IT architecture documentation.
* Support deployments and communicate requirements effectively.
They are looking for a Business Analyst with:
* BCS certifications (preferred).
* Experience with legal CMS, workflow automation, and legal applications.
* Knowledge of Agile development, Secure by Design principles, SQL, BPMN.
* Strong business and systems analysis skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Previous legal experience is highly desirable.
This position is hybrid role working 3 days a week in the Crawley office
