You’ll be the first point of contact for clients reaching out for help. You’ll qualify enquiries, gather key information, and book appointments for the advisory team. What You’ll Be Doing.
Lead Qualification.
Handling inbound enquiries from clients seeking debt support.
Making outbound follow‑up calls to warm leads.
Asking structured questions to understand a client’s situation.
Qualifying leads for IVA, DMP, or other debt‑solution pathways.
Client Engagement.
Building rapport quickly with clients who may be anxious or unsure.
Providing reassurance and explaining the next steps clearly.
Booking appointments with the Trainee or Senior Adviser team.
Ensuring clients feel supported from the very first conversation.
Administration & Compliance.
Updating CRM systems with accurate notes and lead outcomes.
Managing call queues and follow‑up lists.
Ensuring all conversations meet compliance and quality standards.
