Electrical Project Manager - Southampton (Office Based)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance / Company Car
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team, based out of our Southampton office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and capable professional to take ownership of electrical projects across the UK, typically valued up to £1 million, with scope to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding schemes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion
* Oversee project delivery, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are achieved
* Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively
* Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements
* Provide clear communication between site, office teams, and clients
* Monitor progress and report on project performance
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role
* Strong background in delivering electrical projects from inception to completion
* Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and programmes effectively
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Experience with Procore systems (desirable but not essential)
* Full UK driving licence
* Must be based within a commutable distance of Southampton
* Willingness and flexibility to travel across UK project sites when required
