About the Role: You will deliver engaging lessons across Engineering, Construction, or Motor Vehicle studies, support students in developing practical skills, and create an environment where learners feel confident, motivated, and prepared for future careers. Key Responsibilities: High-Quality Teaching: Deliver practical and theoretical lessons aligned with vocational pathways. Workshop Supervision: Support safe, structured, and effective practical sessions. Assessment & Feedback: Monitor learner progress, maintain records, and give constructive feedback. Curriculum Input: Contribute to the development of technical learning materials. Collaborative Working: Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external industry links. To succeed as a Teacher of Engineering / Construction / Motor Vehicle, you will need: QTS, QTLS, or relevant FE/industry teaching qualification. Strong subject knowledge in Engineering, Construction, Motor Vehicle, or related fields. Excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills. A commitment to supporting young people into technical and vocational careers. An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
