We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Supervisor to join our team at HMP Woodhill, a Category A male prison.

HMP Woodhill functions like a self-contained city, requiring hundreds of staff to operate smoothly. Our Facilities Maintenance Team is dedicated to ensuring safe and efficient operations, impacting prisoners, staff, visitors, and the wider community.
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will work alongside experienced colleagues including Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, and Administrators, all dedicated to making a positive difference and maintaining a secure environment.

We are a five-year-old Ministry of Justice business providing critical services to HMPPS. The ideal candidate will have:
* At least five years’ experience as an Electrician, preferably within FM, secure, military, health, or similar sectors
* Qualifications equivalent to C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations
* Experience with commercial or industrial electrical systems
* Previous team leadership experience with Electricians and Maintenance staff
* Certification in BS7671 - The Requirements for Electrical Installations, 17th or 18th edition
* Knowledge of risk, compliance, planning, and project management
* Good Health & Safety knowledge
* Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
