Position: Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC registered)
Location: Clinic based within Dundee & Perth
Hours: Full-time employment
Salary: £40,000 per annum + car allowance, bonus and extensive company benefits package
The client is a leading and well‑established hearing care provider recognised for delivering high‑quality, patient‑focused audiology services and for investing in modern technology, professional development and strong clinical governance. As a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist with a minimum of two years’ post‑qualification experience, you will manage your own clinics and deliver comprehensive hearing assessments, fittings and aftercare services to the highest professional standards. The role centres on providing customer‑centric hearing care solutions, offering expert advice and recommending appropriate products from a full portfolio to meet individual patient needs.
You are confident in conducting otoscopy, pure tone audiometry, impression taking, hearing aid programming and fine‑tuning in line with BSA recommendations and company protocols. Maintaining accurate clinical records via an electronic patient management system and adhering to regulatory, professional and health and safety standards forms an essential part of your responsibilities.
Alongside clinical excellence, you will demonstrate commercial awareness, working toward appointment activity goals, key performance indicators and revenue targets. You will actively support the promotion of hearing care services within the clinic environment, helping to drive growth and enhance the overall patient experience.
Applicants must hold a BSc in Audiology or an equivalent qualification in Hearing Aid Dispensing from a recognised provider and be fully registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. A minimum of two years’ post‑qualification experience is required.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of audiological principles, consistently high clinical audit performance and a proven ability to achieve commercial objectives. Evidence of ongoing CPD and commitment to professional development is essential. You will be articulate, organised and confident in both written and verbal communication, with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
