Customer Service – Written Correspondence Specialist Location: Inverness (Hybrid after training / 10 weeks service) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30pm Contract: Temporary (minimum 4 months) with potential to go permanent Pay: £12.21 per hour (37.5 hours per week) Start Date: Monday, 2nd December Interviews: Thursday, 20th November About the Role We’re currently recruiting Customer Service Professionals to join a large, award-winning national organisation known for its supportive culture and commitment to excellence. In this role, you’ll be focused on written correspondence, handling customer queries and providing clear, professional responses via letter. This is not a telephone-based position — it’s ideal for those who excel in written communication and enjoy detailed, thoughtful problem-solving. You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from an experienced team. Training will be initially office-based after which you’ll move to a hybrid working pattern (2 days in the office, 3 days from home). All necessary equipment, including a laptop, will be provided. While experience in customer service, contact centres, or office administration is beneficial, it’s your enthusiasm and willingness to learn that matter most.
