Hays are recruiting for a temporary Administrator to join a growing organisation within the engineering sector. This role is based in Oldham and will run for a minimum of 6 months.
Your new role
As an Administrator, you will support the wider team with a range of day‑to‑day tasks, including:
1. Providing general administrative support to internal teams
2. Inputting and maintaining accurate data across internal systems
3. Processing invoices and supporting billing activities
4. Reviewing expense submissions and assisting with timesheet administration
5. Supporting accounts payable and receivable processes, including supplier queries
6. Assisting with reporting and maintaining financial records
7. Managing email and telephonemunication with clients and suppliers
8. Supporting with document management and record keeping
9. Carrying out ad‑hoc administrative duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
10. Previous experience in an administration or office support role
11. Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
12. Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
13. Confidentmunication skills and ability to work within a team environment
14. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced setting
