What You’ll Be Doing Planning, organising, and delivering a varied programme of activities Encouraging resident participation and adapting activities to individual needs Supporting residents to maintain hobbies, interests, and social connections Creating a positive, inclusive atmosphere within the home Working closely with colleagues, families, and volunteers Helping to organise special events, celebrations, and themed days Recording participation and gathering feedback to continually improve the activity programme
