Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Cluster Revenue Manager, based in Holywood, Northern Ireland with opportunities to work hybrid in line with the current office. Some overnight trips to WFX Hospitality managed assets/hotels will be required 3-4 times a year. The Cluster Revenue Manager will be responsible for optimising revenue streams, managing commercial and financial forecasting, and analysing sales and market trends. Responsibilities also include developing pricing strategies, inventory management, implementing revenue management solutions, performing regular reporting, and collaborating with various teams to maximize overall business performance.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and generate actionable insights
Proficiency in revenue recognition and revenue management to drive financial growth
Solid foundation in commercial and revenue management and a background in both branded and independent hotels would be desirable
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience in the hospitality industry and in a similar role is essential
Proficiency with revenue management tools and software is a essential
Relevant industry qualifications are desirable but not essential
