About the Practice
This RCVS-accredited, independently run practice with a fantastic reputation in the heart of Portsmouth is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly team. Just 15-20 minute's walk from lakes and beaches, this practice is perfectly positioned for a great work-life balance.

The Role:
* Full-time: 39 hours/week, including 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (9am-12pm)
* Part-time: Ideally 3 days/week + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
* No out-of-hours (OOH)
* 15-minute consults, with longer appointments for complex cases or new joiners
* Protected admin time, paid overtime, and a supportive team always happy to lend a second opinion
* Day off each week for full-time roles
