As a Class Teacher, you will be expected to: Plan, prepare, and deliver outstanding lessons in line with the national curriculum. Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes high standards of behaviour and achievement. Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils. Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners within the class. Build positive and professional relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and the wider school community. In order to be considered for this Class Teacher role, the candidate must: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2 and Key stage 3 (experience in Year 4, 5, or 6 is highly desirable). Have the right to work in the UK. Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Be a proactive and reflective practitioner with excellent communication skills.
