Job Title: Customer Repairs Manager (Secondment until February 2027)

Salary: £40,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Customer Repairs Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing, customer-focused repairs contact centre team. This is a secondment opportunity until February 28, 2027, ideal for someone passionate about delivering an innovative, efficient, and friendly service across multiple channels (voice, email, webchat, customer portal, and CRM).
In this role, you will manage a team of frontline advisors, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide an outstanding customer experience. You will play a key role in meeting operational objectives while fostering a culture of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, support, and motivate a team of repairs contact centre advisors to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service.
* Inspire and develop team members to ensure efficient, friendly, and innovative service delivery.
* Manage performance across all communication channels, including voice, email, webchat, and CRM.
* Ensure operational objectives are met while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement and service excellence.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing, motivating, and inspiring teams.
* Excellent communication skills across multiple channels (phone, face-to-face, email, and written).
* Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines effectively.
* Capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision.
* Strong collaboration skills to work productively with other departments.
* Outstanding customer service skills and a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
