Location: King's Lynn
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (DOE)
Berry Recruitment are looking for a Finance Assistant to manage day-to-day financial tasks for a busy establishment based in King's Lynn.
Responsibilities
Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts
Prepare and submit VAT returns
Process invoices, payments, and receipts
Assist with month-end and year-end reports
Liaise with accountants and support payroll
Completing company sales ledger tasks
Requirements
Preferred AAT Level 2 qualification (minimum)
Experience in Sales Ledger, Invoicing or similar finance role
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
Strong attention to detail and time management
Good communication and problem-solving skills
