Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the EYFS framework
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, identifying next steps and ensuring all children make strong early progress
* Promote positive behaviour, routines and a nurturing classroom culture
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain an engaging, well‑organised and inclusive learning environment
* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and the wider school community
